He got beamed by someone else, and then he started saying that SimpCity is a scammer.

I decided to delete my discord server as customers sometimes are unexperienced and get beamed like this guy.
I will consider taking precautiouns from now on ensuring that all customers will be in touch with me and me only.

So you deleted the server instantly after somebody was scammed by an alleged impersonator instead of keeping it up to show everyone you have nothing to hide? The discord server would have been your evidence, to back your side of the situation, and ensure you are not just telling things you made up but the actual truth. By deleting it, you are erasing the piece of evidence that would help you with your side of the story. Aside from the fact that this explanation makes no sense, as if you dealt only within your server, nobody would get scammed by impersonators. You did the exact opposite you should have done. Once somebody is scammed by an impersonator you do NOTHING at all to erase information that may help your side of the dispute. At this point this is your word against his, because discord names can be changed within a few clicks and the fact that you are nitro since oct 4th means you could have changed your name at any point.
