Additional Information: He asked for email bomber config and all sents need to be inbox not spam, worked whole day to get smtp cause sendgrid banned me, so i bought a domain and host it with cpanel then create a business email and use as smtp, everything was working and its sent 3000 email all inbox, he said i need a test and he give an yahoo email, i sent some emails to it and its working, he then asked me to send 500 email for a little price, i told hem to buy config, he said "i am trusted and i will buy in 2 days max, just need to spam this email", i give an offer of 40$ for 500 email and when i sent them he confirmed then he leaved he never answred again.

alright, so you offered to make the config, and told you i'd purchase it for a certain price if you make it in 12-24 hours. it took you well over 2 days to come get it done. We had tested the email bomber the first time, and it did not work , that was probably half a day after i requested that config. no updates after that, until he comes a whole day later with a finished product. By then, i no longer needed it. That was, until i had another occurrence where i did need it a few hours later, so for a price, i ask him to spam an email i wanted, which while was working, was not as good as he said it was, but i paid him for the spammed messages. He then wants me to buy the config. i tell him i'll probably do it within 2 days,. And today, i was not home for nearly 90% of the day. a dozen missed calls, a bunch of messages, and now, a scam report is what i come back to. 

The config was very sloppy from what he had spammed, from the thousands he supposedly spammed, i am aware most did not reach the intended target, most probably being filtered, but seeing how it did techinically work, i'll let that slide but, he was well over my deadline, and basically BEGS me to buy the config, and out of nothing but pity, i tell him i'll, but i do not believe any exact offer was made for it, AFTER the deadline. And seeing his behavior today, i am not willing to give this guy a single more cent. 

in conclusion, if my 24 hour deadline did not apply to you, why should my 2 day promise be worthy of a scam report? I did not steal anything from you, so there is nothing to refund or fucking pay back

2- i know there's nothing taked from me to request a refund, and i don't request a refund i request paying for my hard work on config and money i lost on host, as you said its working and its spamming
3- its been 2 days since you said you will pay
4- you just need to say that in discord chat not ignoring me after you got what you need
5- the config was working and you confirmed that after i spammed 15k you said you got many many emails and thing works, why you lying?

Lol, i literally had a full day, went to sleep, woke up, and and in the middle of the second day, gotten a sudden message saying you had finished it. My deadline was 12-24. I dont understand how pretty much finishing on the 24th hour, with zero reply in between supports your case here.

You cannot deny that your config did not send every message it says it did. I NEVER said it was non-functioning at the time of paying you to spam with it for me, but if you say it successfully sent every single message you claimed it did, You'd be the one lying. 15k emails were not received, a couple hundred at most. I did mention this issue when we were testing it too, but i did not ask for 15k emails, so it did technically finish the job, but not very efficiently. Apparenly sending tens of thousands, and only recieving a few hundreds counts as a perfect bot lmao.

also funny how these hosting costs never came up in dms. and how they cost you $300

its didn't cost me 300$, we have a deal for 350$ as i told you, i am not good at puting price
also you just paid me for 500 email and i did a bit calculation and i said you recieved 3k email thats more than enough for email bomber,
and i finished the config under 24h as i told you in chat and i mention that i am only waiting for host and smtp, thats it

last thing you said you will pay 500$ if its done in next 12-24h and if you checked the chat its been done on 18 octobre same day you requested, and next day i updated the smtp and its send 90 of 120 messages and in the same day its was done so that 24h

please stop saying bullshit and read the chat, read everything you said and everything i said, also admins will decide,

notice: i am not requesting refund, i am requesting to get paid for things i did, as we have a deal

Conclustion: You promised you'd pay for the config if its sending many email to inbox (email bomber)
