The user in general was told about our TOS in a ticket before buying, in which he closed. He knew he had to check them but didn’t, which he even admitted in the ticket. He knew what he had to do yet didn’t do it. From what I believe, he is trying to get his money back because of his shitty tool fucking the token, which isn’t our fault, as our tokens are checked daily, and the stock which he bought from were even checked before sending off to him.

No refund will be given especially when we told you to check them in the ticket
