Additional Information: i have purchase MAGAI AI lifetime upgrade on personal account but seem after purchase he sent sharing account to me and after week it down i have to wait another fews days for reply.
After 3 days he sent another account that work only 9 days and down again i have sent details since 16 April until now
Almost 10 days still no reply. So i decide to register by myself and tired of waiting respond from support
And i have register magai by myself already so dont need replacement anymore
Crypto address for a refund: i have sent refund address in his chat

Hi , for medical reasons i was away for 10days + couple of methods got patched which has now been solved but it also caused a delay in tickets so 1st of all sorry for that , am working on sorting it out

secondly coming to this dispute the OP contacted me for refund after opening the report and am already discussing this with him about it in dms prior to me even seeing this report
