I’m issuing refunds and replacements daily. If the user reporting didn’t get a refund may be delayed. All the refunds are calculated with the used days of the rdp. That’s why the delays are tedious.

@UnitedMasters Give him a replacement within 12 hours.
Understand that that's not even my main project and I'm not checking this forum daily so 12h to fulfill customized requested refunds on a Sunday it's a pain.
@YiSunShin You have 24 hours to tell me this has been solved or else i am going to assume it has been solved and close this scam report. If it has not been solved then you can reopen the scam report.
