I bought a stressing plan worth €80 from @urgstresser to down a target since other plans were unable to and the power was very weak. The €80 plan gave me 4 concurrents. On the first day of using their stresser I was able to down the target for around 6 hours while it was unprotected. Afterwards they implemented CloudFlare, like any existing stresser, @urgstresser also offered attack methods that bypass CloudFlare hence I was not worried much and I started launching attacks but unfortunately they were only able to drop it for a maximum of 2-3 minutes and it would be back on without any delay. Obviously,
this is not enough for a website and layer 7 purposes.

I contacted them on Telegram and their staff support guy called @Ralph and together we tried a some ways and work arounds. Initially, he told me they would not be able to down a CloudFlare + UAF protected website with the plan I had and that I needed to upgrade or pay them per hour to drop my target. Fair offer, but I cant afford to pay that, and my target was shit, so no purpose to pay thousands, really. Then they told me a new way to drop it (which didnt work) but told me to only drop the target for 1-2 hours maximum per day because they could add geolocking as if trying to make me faulty for their mediocre stresser that is incapable of bypassing CloudFlare. And matter of fact they already had implemented geolocking when he told me that. His intention was to later tell me "look, i told you, u did this, its ur fault".

Later he tried some tests and sent me a combination of methods to try to down them, target went down for a few minutes and back on again. They told me it was Geolocked US + EU. Their stresser has a very limited amount of proxies and very limited amount of geolocation bypasses which are all from Asia and they had none from North America or Europe. So any request from their stresser from their Asian proxies was being blocked by CloudFlare.

I asked them to add European and North American proxies, which nonetheless every other stressing provider has and are really important to bypass CloudFlare. Without them, hardly any website could be bypassed. I even offered them to buy these proxies for them out of my pocket only and only so they add them. Unfortunately they did not and wasted me days telling me to wait when their developer comes back to add them and to "make things good".

I was able to drop the target multiple times for a few minutes a day the first 2-3 days but afterwards the stresser was absolutely unable to do anything on my target.

Here he tells me to hire him or his guy $400 per day if i want to drop this target while telling me not to give up when I ask him to refund me 3 days after I bought the plan.

4 days ago he did something that triggered the Cloudflare on my target to block all requests automatically but they did not tell me how they did this. It was short lived and they were back online a few hours later. Few days later they told me they attacked the target with European proxies and triggered Cloudflare to block requests from Europe as well. Unfortunately, they still refused to add European proxies on their stresser and kept telling me to pay them hundreds of euros per day to drop my shitty target. Of course, I would not pay such amount for a shitty website and most importantly, the whole issue came down to them not adding EU proxies in order to bypass Cloudflare Geolocking. It was clear they were trying to lure me into hiring them for $480 per day to drop my target.

I told them; look, okay, i understand you want to offer me the ability to hire you per day, but this does not work for me. Even though I was only able to use your stresser for 2 out of 7 days that have passed, you can keep the money for the whole week and refund me the days I have not used your stresser since your service cant help me anymore.

They told me they had a TOS and I accepted it when I registered on their website and they wont offer any refund, they told me I have two options; to hire them per hour $20 or per day $480 to drop my target or GTFO.

I kept telling them that their TOS is not relevant on the forum, and even if they had a TOS, they were the ones to write it so it was a metter of WANTING to refund me and NOT WANTING to refund me.

Last discussion we had @urgstresser told me they wont be able to add the proxies (days of telling me to wait) and told me "he doesnt have time to discuss with me about this" and simply told me to either hire them per hour or go away.

Unfortunately opening a scam report is the only option I have. They did not want to refund me for the other 3 weeks I have left. And for the 7 days that have passed, their stresser only worked for me for 2 days before it was unable to do anything on my taget, not even drop it for 1 second. The wasted my other days taking several hours to reply to my messages and telling me they would add the European proxies and did not do anything to resolve the issue. They told me they would add me 5 extra days to my plan but this does not resolve the issue because their stresser is still unable to drop.

​​​​​​​I have been waiting for a week now without being able to do anything with their stresser. I gave them enough time to resolve this issue and their whole intention throughout was trying to lure me into paying them more and more and more and hire them per hour to drop it with a 70% downtime rate.


Obviously there is no reason for me to keep paying for their unusable stresser for another 3 weeks while it cant do anything for me. Hence, I need my money refunded for the days I have left and the money for the days I couldnt use their stresser while they promised me they they will fix it soon once the developer comes.

I do not want to continue paying for a buggy, mediocre and weak stresser that is incapable of bypassing Cloudflare due to the limited options on your stresser. Especially the very limited amount of proxies (a few thousand) which are all from Asia and some In Brasil. Your stresser is shit and I do not want to hire you for $480 a day to drop a target when other stressers can do that for far less without having to hire them.

Charge me for the days I have used your stresser (2 days) and refund me the rest. Very simple.

Your TOS does not apply here.
