Additional Information: The screenshots pretty much explain everything, I was later timed-out on their server for posting my conversation with them in their #general channel, obviously they deleted my messages. You can see that they increased the time-out from one day to seven days. I was a day or two later kicked out of their server. They kept asking for an order ID, but as seen in the screenshots - I never had received one. I assume they have order ID's for transactions made on their website, but mine was made using PayPal through a ticket. I should also mention that as seen in the screenshots when trying to renew my boosts, I used an alt account to see if they would reply if I seemed interested in purchasing something - unsurprisingly I received a pretty fast response. This obviously led to AX being forced to reply to my ticket on my main account, instead of ignoring it.

Regarding the screenshots, some sensitive information like the server I wanted boosted and the name of the person I paid on PayPal were censored or not included. There are some gaps in the screenshots in the proof of purchase part, likely because I forgot to screenshot them - but there is enough proof of my purchase there anyway. Screenshots were taken on different devices hence why they may not be consistent in size.

Crypto address for a refund: (depends if he even offers one, though I'd love to have one instead of contacting my bank to chargeback the PayPal payment)

Hey @Yzb010 the reason you were banned from the server is because you violated our ToS by deliberately causing us harm since you made private conversations public and you wrote hurtful reviews about our service. 

I'd be happy to reboost your server but once again I'm asking you nicely to please remove such feedback as it is a violation of our ToS and not doing anyone any good. 

Please provide me with a permanent server invite so I can reboost your server.

I made many attempts at receiving my boosts, as seen in the screenshots provided and explained above. I even sent you a DM, again with no reply. For me to have to file a scam report and leave a negative review on Trustpilot (which I see you are trying to take down), to finally be told that I can have my boosts, does not by any means display "good" customer service.

You mention your ToS, but that does not include anything about making our "private conversation" public - meaning that this is no reason for being banned. I'll also mention that you are admitting that those screenshots proved you to be in the wrong, hence the deletion of them and you saying that it "causes you harm". The "hurtful" review was made after being timed-out (for making things public), and again your ToS states that any misrepresentation is unacceptable. Thankfully I made an accurate representation, unless you mean you want people with poor service to write a good review anyway?

On the Trustpilot point, you are trying to have the review taken down. They now want evidence to support my review, and I am sure that if I did, it would be (independently) verified and will remain on your Trustpilot page.

I would now like a refund of what I paid, and should I successfully receive the refund, I would also be happy to remove my review from your Trustpilot page. However, if I do not receive a refund, I will provide the evidence Trustpilot requires from me and I will contact my bank to file a chargeback for the payment I made to Buzzer (the exchanger for PayPal payments). I will note that once the chargeback is successful, Buzzer would lose both the $70 and would have to pay an additional chargeback fee. The refund does not have to be via PayPal, it can also be through cryptocurrency.

You can state a bunch of nonsense about some "no refunds policy" or sensibly provide the refund, the latter being the option that "does us both good".

This is ridiculous. We are able to provide you with what you paid for and now you don't want that anymore? Not how it works buddy. Then threatening with bad reviews and sales trashing sure go ahead.

@Liars @Darkness Even though this guy deliberately made bad reviews and doesn't want to take them down I am still offering him to fulfill his order out of goodwill.

On top of that a refund makes no sense as he already used the product for a prolonged period.

I have already given my business to another provider, after obviously not receiving my boosts from you. You call this ridiculous yet you fail to realise that my review is completely valid, and the fact we are here now is because you were avoiding replying to me on Discord and subsequently banned me from your server. Of course I'm going to want a refund after that. It doesn't help that your colleague continuously stated that I needed an order ID after providing much evidence of my purchase, and that having no ID meant I would receive no help (when I wasn't even given one in the first place).

You call one month a prolonged period? In comparison to a lifetime, I'm afraid they aren't even close.

You are still avoiding all the evidence provided and are just commenting on minor things. It would be best to wait for a staff member, I'm sure you can at least agree with that.
