Additional information: i bought a 50-100 skins account from his store and it was full access account and i got only 1 skin account and it wasn't full access i tried to talk to him in his website but he is ignored me and changed the prize of the account from 10$ to 15$ yesterday 
i sent him messages in his profile in cracked.to but he is ignored me again

Hi, all accounts were VALID before putting into shop, user has to provide video proof of buying and checking the account, he could've easily changed password, he didn't even bother contacting me to begin with.
