I ordered him 3 Fedex Lit. He said it was 100 success rate. But all ackage were delivered. I lost $2700 because of him. I offered him refund $2700 to me because he caused a loss. He refused and said that he was not responsible for the refund. I agree, if he did Lit, then he is not responsible for the refund. But he didn't make it (but said it would be 100% made), so I couldn't make a refund. I want him to do Fedex lit or pay me $2700 because he gave me a guarantee that he would do it. If he had told me right away that he could not do it, I would not have ordered from him.

First of all, I have never refused his refund request and he can take his $30 anytime.

Secondly, I'm just a boxer who is only responsible for creating FTID/LIT. No boxer will be responsible for the failure of a refund to the client. Thirdly, when I said "100%", I was based on all the FedEx LITs I had done before. In other words, all of my LITs were successful before him, and I did not lie.

Lastly, I have a good reputation. The most important thing is that I have never cheated anyone. If anyone is dissatisfied with my service, they can always get a refund. He is obviously being unreasonable, and no one would guarantee a refund of $2,700 for the sake of $30.

I serve several hundred customers every day, and if there is any possibility of deception on my part, my service would not exist today. Please investigate this matter and give me an explanation, administrator.

He can take his $30 anytime he wants, but I refuse to continue serving him. Nobody would take responsibility for a $2700 refund just for the sake of $30, that's obviously foolish. Since he doesn't want to accept my refund, I hope the administrator can close this dispute as it is affecting my business.

It's obvious that he hid some of the chat records about my refund because he wants to cover up the truth, so what he said is not a fact. If you need other evidence, I can provide it.

@WOLF_FTID He cannot claim for damages so just refund him for the fedex lit. DO so within 24 hours.

He gave me a guarantee that LIT would be 100% done. Therefore, I want him to return $ 2700 to me. If he did not give a guarantee, I would not work with him. He ruined 3 out of 3 orders. If he gave me a guarantee that his liability would end when the LIT was done. He didn't do it, so I want him to pay me $2700. Otherwise, who is responsible for it? I have provided a screenshot where he said LIT will be done 100%.

I don't need a guarantee of refund from him, but he guaranteed me LIT. Due to the fact that he did not make it, a refund is no longer possible.

Either let LIT do what it should, or let all losses be covered. I lost $2700 because of him.

Also, I wasn't paying him $30, I was paying him 15+20 for real weight for each.
