Additional Information: @wels charged me $500 for 20 accounts and sent me accounts that he had included in a previous order. The seller laughed at the mix-up and kept saying he would address it later. I am requesting the $500 to be sent back to me or the 20 accounts I ordered. Saw another post that mentioned @wels had not been delivering recent orders.
