Unable to provide chat logs as someone (pretty obvious who) reported our server and got us termed 2 days ago. 
There was nothing else in this chat besides him trying to manipulate us into refunding him 365eur for a single pair worth 75eur that he has broken by using it like an exercise gum.
Even Apple themselves and most of official repair centers warn not to use force and not to pull the end of the eartip so it's as much of a common sense as buying a case for your new iPhone 14 so it doesn't break the first time you drop it.
