Additional Information: i bought his unlimited residential  proxy plan he told me i get good cpm on my config and proxy will work fully

just after  some hour his proxy going slow down on my config and then not working  he said wait proxy not working  after he make me wait 8 to 9 hours then he respond me proxy is back check now
i check proxy work but now they just give 10 to 20 cpm and they very slow now when i ask he again say wait  and he gave me many proxy all not working now when i ask hime to refund or fix he said change your targeting site i bought only for my config  i paid for week but his proxy stop working in just some hours its still not working on my tager

damn thats wild, i dealt with this guy about month ago from other user and all were good, proxys had high cpm and al was very hq, im not tryna glazing or sum. I hope this report will be solved with good ending for both of sides,

@letapicknew instead using multiple accounts to make false reports, its time to get him banned "again" - hes the most clueless scriptkiddy ive seen in my life, he always search the problems at the sellers.

I have reason to believe @ersia the user who which replied above is one of the OPs friends as well as the user who minus repped me @aguskrk
Although a very baseless argument I still believe they are friends with the user.

The transaction went through smoothly and perfectly after about 1-2 days the user contacted me arguing the proxy did not work I double checked and they were infact offline, I then repaired my unlimited residential pool and the user still had some issues so I did testing on which he said he was using them for CamSoda

I firmly checked them on CamSoda but basically all the pool is banned on CamSoda after the user had used 2.6 TB of Bandwidth
He claims he couldn't have used that much in such little time then proceeded to say they only worked for about 1 hour (which remotely makes no sense)

I also stated to the user before the purchase

• "I only refund if the package is completely not working for anything else"
  
• "Sorry I cannot give a refund unless the proxies are down and unavailable"
  

With the user knowing this information he still purchased anyway and I also gave him a 40$ discount
I also have the entire chat log of the conversation either @Darkness or @Liars can read over them firmly.

Reason why I wont give the user a refund

• He used well over 2.6 TB of my Bandwidth which is costly much on its own
  
• I stated before hand that I wont give him a refund ( he purchased anyways )
  

Just before the scam report after calling me a scammer multiple times the user proceeded to ask for his refund on money on our site aswell.
