On July 31, I paid $ 300 for the instagram ban service. I attached the screenshots of the correspondence on the forum.confirmed the payment to the seller, the seller replied that each ban costs 300 dollars.And that in total I have to pay 600$. But I said that in the telegram correspondence the amount is exactly 300$ for two. But he persuaded me that a good price is $ 300 for 1 account. I agreed ban 1 acc - for 300$ .The deadline was 48 hours. Today has passed 5 days from the date of payment of the transaction,and my acc not banned.
I asked @leoCor to return my $300, because the deadline for the order had ended a long time ago. And I said if there was no return within an hour, I would write a complaint.
He refused to return the money, explaining that he needed more time.I ask the administrators to look into this situation.
I have screenshots of all correspondence in telegrams and I will provide the admins.
