Additional Information:Okay so i was cashing out logs with him cause he was only having verified venmo so we can exchange we agreed on 50% 50% so i've sent 80$ to him meaning that when i get verifeid venmo in few days he will send me 40$,all went great untill his card got some errors and he was not able to transer 40$ to me or even give crypto for an cashout i did.Than he started kinda ignoring me after 2 days his payment to my venmo got declined,than he stopped responding to me.
