Additional Information: Originally I private messaged him to buy UM wombos as can be seen in the screenshot of our private messages here, he gave me his Telegram and we started talking there, he told me he no longer has UM wombos, so we stopped talking for a while then at the beginning of this month he texted me telling me he has Tunecore accounts with balance/money in them, I told him I'm interested so I bought one account to test, the account had $304 in it and I paid 40 percent of that which is $120, but after I withdrew from the account I got an error message saying the payment has been rolled back (Screenshot of it: https://ibb.co/9pVCSn3 ) and I received $0 in my Payoneer account (Tunecore uses Payoneer to send payments to users), after I told him that he assured me that that error won't happen ever again, after that I inquired about LevelMusic accounts with balance which are another music distrubution service, I send him $340 for LevelMusic accounts but instead of giving me accounts he spends all day working on a new config to get the account and at the end of the day tells me that he's going to take that money for his day's work (which we didn't agree on before I sent him that $340) anyways, after that the config doesn't work or something and he can't find any LevelMusic accounts with balance, then he tells me that he has a lot of Tunecore accounts with balances, so he sends me a list of stock that in total has a few dozens of accounts with $21k in total in their balance, we agreed that I will buy that for $9.5k so I sent him $1k as a deposit and told him to wait till Monday of this week so I can send him the rest of the money, he sent me a few Tunecore accounts for that $1k that had a total of $1k in their balance and I withdrew from one of the accounts with a new Payoneer account, new device, new IP, new everything in that weekend, but when Monday came I got that same error message again saying the payment has been rolled back ( https://ibb.co/fXjQgR5 ) and I received $0, so I backed off from the deal and he got extremely angry, I told him I just want my $1429 back and he started saying that I'm a dumbass who doesn't know the bypass to withdrawing from the accounts (he never told me there's a secret bypass you need to do to withdraw) so I told him why didn't he tell me about that? then he kept calling me a dumbass, I told him I want my money back and then he sends me ANOTHER Tunecore account that has the same error message which makes it useless, then I finally asked him for a refund yesterday and he deleted all our messages in Telegram so here we are, I don't want anything more than my money back, that's it.

I withdrew before weekend too and got the exact same error, I can prove this, stop lying and refund me my money.
We never agreed that you would take the deposit if I don't go through with the deal, you're lying again.
