Additional Information: Paid him $46 PayPal to exchange to $43 Bitcoin as he said, and once I paid him, he told me to wait 24 hours for the order to get confirmed. It did get confirmed already, and he started not responding to my messages and was online on his cracked.to account, and he even changed his discord name and tag, which made it more sketchy and made it feel like a scam, and I'm still waiting for my bitcoin while he's not responding to me but keeps being online on cracked.to and making new threads.

I don't want a refund. I want to get the amount of Bitcoin I was told I'd get, which is $43, but if it's an issue refund, the PayPal money I sent.

ye @x0t is scammer, I remember that he had a shop where he said that he sold UFAs but when it was time to buy them only in the mail came something like "your mother is a bitch" or things like that, I bought 5 UFAs at $ 20 and I was swindled

Hey buddy, i apologize for the error lol, and i don't speak english and my english is a trash.
 It happens is the following, my PayPal account is limited, I have no problem with that, since you sent the money and I must fulfill you by giving you the money you should receive, I have not sent you the money in BTC, not for that reason. If not, since I am waiting for an excchange from PayPal to BTC, when I get the money from the exchange I could send it to you if you obviously want.

I think that NAZA should not say much, since he has multiple scam reports and he have 5 accounts banned in cracked.to and others forums LOL.

The weirdest deal I ever made in my life lol. He comes online, ignores my messages, and once he replies on cracked, he decides to answer my messages on Discord.
