Additional Information: We basically agreed that we will be partners at a upcoming shop he wanted to make. I agreed to buy a vanilla giftcard bin for generation from him for a seller i know for 15usd,
so you know it, I bought it with my own money, and I asked for him to cover it back since we agreed he will. He stalled for decent 12 hours, and then said he can send me 7usd, and the rest after
we open the shop, and make sales together. Then he got his friend to send me 5.4 something usd in ltc which is 2 dollars less. So I confonted him about it, and he stalled for a little, and then said it was
coinbase fees from his friend. Hes been taking forever to answer while hes online on cto 24/7 and on tg too, and its just all too sketchy. Id like to get my 7 dollars back + 2 dollars and get out of this partnership.

UPDATE: He is saying that he has sent me 10 dollars on my exchangers cashapp,
but my exchanger didnt get anything.
