You are the scammer in this whole story. I already got enough proof and sent it to staff.

You have no proof G.. you was paid for a job, you didn't complete it, what more is there to say, you have no fraud case against you, you've been shown proof and you ignore it, it's very clear that you are just lying, anybody who knows anything about the banking system knows that you need to work this out with your bank.. 

This will be an easy case for admins to see, they will force you to refund me or get banned lol, it's simple

you should be DWC just for your ToS stating you dont refund even if designs arent delivered or work being started
