 Bought 20x 'Proxy ports with unlimited bandwidth'  but after constant network issues they decided they are going to FORCE all users to a new "GB" based subscription and charge an insane amount more, obviously paid for unlimited so useless to me, and now they trying to force their own custom terms for me and customers "you must wait 14 days before we refund". the new 'Proposed' plan & 'Compensation' they give does not even last me a few hours yet alone a month. I asked for refund since april and they haven't refunded since. When I asked about the refund i got the answer.
"Hello! Our financial team declined your request for the refund. The reason for that is that you have spend more than 1TB and spend only $30. The decision was made to not provide you with a partial refund." 

As I payed for Unlimited bandwith for a whole month and didn't get my proxies for the full time I should have a refund even if I spent more than 1TB as i purchased "Unlimited Bandwith".

Adding onto this even though not directly involved:

He requested a refund exact same time as me & pretty sure I only got refunded because of the SR it seems like they either avoid a refund or ignore the request, also I got "banned" after they refunded me lol ~ fair enough I guess

You can see they always say this "wait 14 days and we may or may not refund bla bla bla", he paid for unlimited regardless, they FORCED him into a new package so obviously he will use the GB fast. company is fucking dreadful.

I also contacted their support for my friend, as you can see stupid responses, just like Lucas said on nulled he paid for unlimited so refund him when he requested or give him what he paid for (unlimited).






so @nexusnet just give him his money back
