Additional Information: I bought it on September 22nd and it worked well for 1 month and a half (or less, I don't know) I asked him numerous times to solve the problem (supposedly it was solved) but hours later the problem continued.
I opened a ticket on December 7th and his last message was on the same day asking for login details but to this day it has never been resolved nor has he given the money back.
