Additional Information: 
I posted in search of a TikTok account, seller contacted me via Discord DMs. Once I decided on an account, we agreed on a price of $150 USD. I was willing to pay half ($75 USD) upfront via PayPal F&F considering his good rep on here. After paying this amount, seller played dumb, wiped our DMs, and ceased communication. 
Attached are various screenshots of our DMs in chronological order (of course no longer including his now-deleted messages) and screenshot of PayPal transaction. 
Crypto address for a refund: Mostly just want this guy banned, but I'm open to a full refund via PayPal
