Screenshots of Communication: Bought a plan on his upgrade service which advertised itself with a ZERO % kick rate, and today I get an email telling me I've been kicked off the plan, please solve this asap as this is the reason I bought your service, to not deal with kicks
Additional Information: I need my account to be upgraded asap again
