Additional Information: Yesterday i made a new thread in buyers bay for usa mail access combolist and this guy replied to my thread with this telegram. I have added him we spoke a little then we found out we are both from the same country which is Romania. Then we spoke in our natal language. And then he offered me a cloud base where i can get daily usa mail access. He told me he is paying 200$ a month for the membership of the cloud. And he told me if i pay $100 he will give me access to cloud and i only need to pay every month $100. So i thinked till today and then i paid him $100 in btc proof of transaction is down below and in screenshoot as well. And i waited a few minutes he answered me that will send me the cloud in a moment. And till now i still didn't got anything :( On telegram he has status (Last seen long time ago) which means he blocked me :(
I didn't made the entire conversation screenshoots only on the beginning and from the end because we chatted for about 4-5 hours lol i though he is a nice guy :(
But he scammed me in the end lol. In the middle we spoke about our country etc...
The important thing is that he scammed me for $100 and given me nothing and this forum need to get rid of these assholes. This is second time when i report a scammer here.
