he said that if method will not work he will refund me and now method is not working for me and in the begining of chat i made it clear that  Will i have to pay for vcc he said no you dont have to pay for vcc and now he is telling me to open 2 bank accounts which we never agreed on plus it need investment to open bank acocunt  which we did not agreed .
