First of all, he said that he has a config and he would like to sell that.
We negotiated, and the deal we made was about 100$. He said that he has the config and he will send me after the paymet (he had nothing, no config. Yet he lied that he has.) I sent him the money and was waiting for the config, but he was making excuse nd excuses. Later he started to ignore me. After a day, he admitted that he has no config, he was gonna buy from someone else and sell it to me. I asked for refund, he said the seller don't provide refund. Send me a screenshot of that seller's Terms and conditions. (he really gave me lots of stress, ignoring the chats, replying really slowly, making excuses) Then i found that seller with a clue from the screenshots. Contacted him, and the actual seller asked for 50$ more. Had no option so i sent him and took the config from the actual seller. The thing @ He could've directly said at first that he doesn't have anything. @Teken
