Additional Information:As I mentioned above sales thread I have to to refund the user of 5$ and taxes including 7$ but due to blockchain server issue the transaction got deducted and didn't showed up in his transaction list. I payed, again and again, though it's my mistake. After he got the money,he didn't paid my extra money back as well blocked me on discard even I reported @Teken.
