Before reading further, do know that I also gave the ENTIRE DB(100+ Million Lines) of ThunderX to customers that bought lifetime, or bought very close to our shutdown. We ALSO gave another 20M lines, which spans over 20 days, so you got another 20 days of service, even though we closed. So a 82$ refund just doesn't seem fair at all.
I would like to let staff decide how much of a refund would be fair.
First of all, $ 82 is not a full refund as the amount paid was $ 152. I am subtracting $ 70 for the time I was in the service (1 month 20 days). No one expects to be there for a lifetime, but if you knew that your service would close in 1 month 20 days you could say it and people only bought a plan for months or days.
Secondly, you only gave one last combo of 4M lines as goodbye that was like one more day of restock, I don't know what you mean with 20M for 20 more days, you only sent combos of the service's function time, which used in the time I was in the service (1 month 20 days).
In fact, all users received that amount (4M), and the combos that had been uploaded during all the time of service, obviously these would not be counted since they had been uploaded before

@SelfMade Just like the last case we've discussed over discord, you have to refund both of the users partially. Basically lifetime subscription - the amount of months/weeks they've used the cloud for. Please refund both of the users within 48hrs.
