Additional Information: Buyed some views for YouTube, he completed the ORDERS without sending the views that i payed for, i messaged him on forum he never replied, opened ticket on the website he said something thats dont have to do with my problem, commented on thread and still i dont got a respond from him so i have to open this SCAM REPORT

Hi I responded to his ticket
Views got delivered to one of the order and there is some drop I assured him it will be refilled within 24 hours
 But seems he is on hurry so I went ahead and refunded money back to him via BTC
He has 1 order of 1000 views successfully delivered and another order with 500 views delivered 

$8 refunded
