I Was Thinking If There's a Option To Put My Shop On Hold , Like People Wont Be Able To Buy Products , But They Can Be Able To See My Products  Rather Than I Go Individually In Products And Make Their Stock 0,
and yes make the group and then unlist them , but then people cant see , i want people can see but wont be able to buy

Go to settings and remove all payment methods, this way they'll see the products but can't buy them.
