It's actually technically more than $220 as when I bought the btc it did not settle so while I was waiting the value dropped so I had to buy more but that's on me.
This was just a simple target refund that I've done before with other refunders but they had a cheaper price and SOME rep so I decided to try them out. The other reports are true.
They take days to respond unless you tag them and you have to PAY UPFRONT? That makes no sense as almost ALL refunders pay after confirmation.
They barely responded and had me initiate a refund which I thought was weird? And show them a shipping label? They said they "sent it out" already but when I check the tracking ID for UPS it says NOTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
I asked them if it would be done within a week as my CC payment was coming up and they said yes but it has been almost TWO WEEKS NOW.
Rude to me when I asked about getting a refund because the service has not been delivered. Paid almost $1700 for this target order and refund timeframe is coming up soon.

Would prefer cash app refund or zelle / paypal. Will provide info once report has been confirmed.
