Additional Information: He dm'ed me wanted to buy a store source code, the deal was 1k but i lowered it to 900$, he said he only got 500$ and he will send 400$ after i send the source code within 3 days, and now he ain't paying the 400$..

OP sold me a *Skided and Raped* version i asked him to fix the bugs, bcs literally there was nothing working, first of all op sent the files a week after i paid and when i asked him to fix the bugs He never did, had to wait over 5days, so i hired two other developers to start from scratch and it is already ready since 5 days.
Why would i need a Skided And raped version in the first place?
And bruh i owe the OP over $2k and he said he will send my money on 19th
