WHAT DOES KT MEAN :
If you are looking for an account to play online look for "KT: False" only, when KT is on true this means that the account is community banned so as said before restricted of online mode. In account capture there is a KT flag, this is to let you know if the account can be used to play online or not, this happens when the account got raped (public) and accessed by many people.

HOW TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT PRIVATE :
Even in accounts I post, you can actually make an account private if you don't come too late. There is 2 ways to make an account private, th easiest is to check for Email flag in the capture of the account you want, if it's on Unverified and KT on false then you can make this account your by just changing the password. If Email is verified then use the second method that consist in logging in on steam, then go in account details, take the owner mail that is showed and try to connect with the mail:pass on the platform he use.
