[SUGGESTION] - Fix up the coding Section

Here are my suggestions:
    - make C++ its own section
    -  rename vb.net and C# to .NET 
    - give python its own section
   - just call html, css, php, etc web programming

would be neater and easier to sort by along with sharing stuff.
