We improved the user experience by adding a modal system to provide users important information.
We also tweaked some of our dashboard CSS to resolve small issues.

- New modal when a user did not re-install the server OS yet.
- New modal when a server has been suspended, this modal includes the reason for the suspension and contact information to appeal the decision.
- Ticket chat-box height has been reduced to be fill the screen.
