Additional Information: I bought the rdp, and he repeatedly told me to just wait until he just ghosted me. He is a potential exit scammer since he is roaming the buyers bay and tries to get as much cash as possible.
Crypto address for a refund: Probably an exit scammer, will provide it if needed.
