This config is working but hit chance is about 0,0000000001% , idk how much the guy must refund i want 15$ + bcs my losts is so much bigger thank the 10$ only the combo cost 70$ , admin say how much he must refund me but if admin say 10 $ to refund i want ban for the guy ...

if you paid 10$ to him he only has to refund those 10$
also if he wants to refund those 10$ you can't just demand a higher amount or ban
