Additional Information: so i sold this guy combos and he opened a scam report i refunded him 50% even tho staff decided i didnt have to but still i didnt want him to feel scammed after that my crypto funds got locked when i tried to refund him but i still managed a way to refund him and the support of my wallet (cex.io) was asking me why was i sending him money or something like that (i have all the emails i can provide to the staff) and i told him they asked me for him wallet and his email to prove i was sending them to a friend told him this he said he couldnt do it unless i refunded him the other 50% so i did i refunded him the other 50% now he is just ignoring me
