Additional Information: He Wanted to buy 800K for 150$ i was going away for some time so i just sent him the base and told him to pay after he has checked it i have dealt before with this guy 2 times before proof : first deal https://ibb.co/bFNpGxz ,
second deal https://ibb.co/K62bLdq , we have always worked in a way that i sent base he checks it and pays me but this time he is not paying and when i said you want new samples he said yes after we talked i agreed for him to pay me only half (75$) but he said he will pay once he buys another db seems to me like we just wanted to keep that base for free
