Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $130 total - bought 2 separate 1 month mint stealer accounts ($40 each) and 1 month cash crypter ($50 each)

Additional Information: I purchased from his website (https://cashout.pw/) and was told to contact him on telegram which i did. he responded and told me to DM him the next day. he sent me the crypter file, but no key, no login, nothing to make any use of the product. he told me the key to the crypter was in my email, but i show him the emails i got and it showed no keys. he ignored me when i asked for the key so I DMed him the next day and i did not receive a single message from him. I have messaged him the day after and still not heard from him. i check on c.to and see he is online recently but still no messages to me. he just bumps his sales thread only. I did not want to go this route because i planned on using his service long term, but I am left with no choice.

Hey @Liars the seller has sent me the crypter file for the 2nd time with no login or key. I no longer want to wait days for a single message with no solution just to wait another few days for a single message with no solution. I kindly requested the seller to send me a full refund of $130

It has been 5 days since I purchased and messaged the seller. I have not received my products that I paid for and I am requesting a full refund. The seller is constantly checking c.to and has posted in his Stealer telegram channel but not responding to this scam report or to my messages on telegram.
