Additional Information: 2 July i bought a 16vcore RDP from BudgetRDP. I've got like 2 or 3 problems until today and asked for a Fix or refund. 
BudgetRDP said that he will refund the money and looks like he blocked me and ran away.

I have also a ticket open, from today, where he was trying to sell a full panel for more 15$

Just asking for some help solving this situation. Hope he is not another exit scammer.

Im sorry if Im replying but I can vouch for the seller. He is busy irl and has some issues and thats why he can't reply. You have to be patient and he will help you. Opening a scam report won't help cause the RDP that I got is working till today for me.
