Additional Information: He bought from my store, he received few invalids and therefore opened a paypal dispute. I replaced the 5 invalids for him, but he decided not to close the dispute afterwards.
He is claiming it's his friend who has the paypal account even though the ip-address matches between the sale on my shop and the accounts he tried to login to.
