The whole thing is messy, but in short, I hired "Designs" coder via ticketing system on his discord in December 2023 to get a website created with a 30 day timeline.. here we are 11 months later and shit ain't done. He thinks because it wasn't him but in fact his coder (which is still 100000% his responsibility) that is scamming/not delivering a fully functional product that it is not his responsibility, to quote him exactly "stop messaging me. I have nothing to do with this"
I've been extremely patient with him/his coder going obscenely past the timeline and randomly saying every month or 2 that he's done while having a broken website/not having basics even created yet like the admin panel as an example.
In August, the coder stated that if there was any further issues that he would refund me as it's obviously gone way past the delivery date.. however, when he delivered a bug ridden website again that had bugs/errors that were "fixed" months earlier I cashed in on that refund he himself offered. Then suddenly his tune changed and didn't want to offer it.. until weeks later eventually offering just €500. I accepted the lowball offer just to QUICKLY move past this non sense and hire someone else. However, to date that refund has not shown up "designs" has been less than useless and I feel that €500 is insufficient given I've wasted like 11 months of my life on this shit, been having to waste more time chasing down this ghost refund, and have nothing at all to show for all this time and effort wasted.
