Due to his shitty proxy, PayPal's security flags has been raised. Account still works, but it asks him for the phone number code.

I can help him get inside, 

but one he gets proper proxy not a blacklisted one
and two I'd recommend himself to get a phone number since now he did raised the flags. 
I could log inside for him and link his phone number so he can get inside with no problems. 

If he had been using proper proxy from the start he wouldn't have needed to rent a phone number now.

Secondly i did paid you for proxy and i am saying for last time u failed to deliever and left me on seen and didn’t responded on procy

Thirdly you talked about me adding phone number, paypal do not recognise newly added number for atleast 3weeks. So even if you add the number now it wont work as it will keep sending code to the old number. Nice try tho.

it would have been working properly from the start if u didnt raised flags with a proxy that's blacklisted on paypal. the flags is on you, I have hundreds of customers and you are the only one crying about it while getting a 45 eur acc.
