Additional Information: i was looking for .ar combos and this guy messaged me on discord , i told him i need private lines and also i told him to if he can give me some lines for test so i can check how was quality of his combo. but he told he cant give me and he offered 150k in 25 euro , so i accepted deal and also told him combo is ready and i get instant after payment he told yes , so i paid 25 euro using LTC and he told wait 10 min , and after he stopped replying and i told him why you asked for payment if u don't have ready combo , and i also told for refund bcz i bought from someone else but after 2-3 hour he didn't reply anything and send combos , and clearly told i want to cancel order and i want refund but he send me combos , after checking combo i got 0 hits , before doing deal he also told i get refund if i don't get hits , i told him i got 0 hits now he not replying since 4-5 days , i want refund now , i don't replace , i only want refund
