1. Because we have thousands of orders queued, cheaper services generally have longer processing & wait times due to the high amount of orders. We unfortunately don't control the start time manually. 

2. There's no need to add that, the time of services will generally always fluctuate making it very hard for us to calculate an exact time. as our ToS states. A delayed order isn't a scam, our service works and we have thousands of customers and a good reputation since 2016.
