He was taking too long, appears he is just a middleman, I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to still do RTS after too long, so I hired another guy, and he did it instantly. I told Tom that I needed a refund from him because the product was faulty to try and get my money back in a smooth way without being rude and telling him I went to someone else. That failed because he tried claiming credit for the packages DMG RTS status update, which were definitely not his work because I had two packages with the second boxer, and both were done at the same time on UPS website, I can provide a screenshot of both times as well. Tom and Jerry Boxing did NOT complete my scanner request, and is now holding my money. These are the messages with the second boxer:

Actually why do you pay an other dude without mentioning the current one with ABORT THE SCAN. With date and time so if he process after that it would be his mistake. You just randomly use two guys at once.. which is dumb tbh.
