 To summarize, I paid a police report of $30 for Amazon for an order of only $190, note that I have experience with Amazon. Amazon told me it was an invalid PR because of the logo. He told me he could change the logo, but anyone would be smart enough not to screw themselves up by sending back the same PR with just a logo (something he understood). And finally he left me without news.

@MarioMNa1 provide him with a refund. Do so within 24 hours the police report does not work and you are not allowed to sell photoshop police reports either.
