You're really retarded. You were asked for 2 things, i'll point them for you because you can't figure it out yourself:
1) your order-id (why would I need it? because i can't locate your order without it)
2) link to your "existing ticket" so i can find it and solve it
You didn't provide any of those and literally gave the proof on the screenshoots that you didn't. How is it a scam if you didn't provide enough informations for us to help you? How can we replace your product if we don't have your order-id nor ticket link (if it even exists?)
You act like a baby, that needs everything served, that's not how life works. If you can read, you'd see announcements on Telegram that no support is provided there anymore, so don't mention something that isn't a thing, about private message on cracked - yeah, you contacted me and I asked you about ticket link - you didn't provide me any needed informations so it's YOUR FAULT, not mine. It's god damn 1.5$ and you're crying about it. No refund will be provided, once you bought from our shop you agreed to TOS (Terms of Service, doubt you ever heard of it) which clearly states that:
III. In case "You received a faulty product, or no product" You will contact us via Store Contact, and we will send you Replacements or fix the issues. All sales are final & no refunds will be asked.

No, we'e not asking you to open another ticket, we're asking you to PROVE that you already have a ticket on the site via linking it :) and ofc without order-id we don't have anything to talk abt
