Additional Information:
I've bought a PayPal account for 75$ from @Nezio in 18 June, he gave me a proxy to login and I kept paying him to renew it and everything was going fine until lately 
when he started ignoring my message where I ask for the proxy renewal and on PayPal I can't login to my account without his proxy since I've been using the same IP to login from the beginning and when I try a new residential proxy even with same state and same country as the other one it  doesn't allow me to enter
I asked him multiple time to atleast give me the link and name of the proxy provider so I can keep renew it myself and not lose the paypal account and the funds in it but he keeps ignoring.
Now I have over 500$ stuck on my PayPal and I can't  enter the paypal account without the proxy
I opened this scam report just to push him to find me a solution since he doesn't seem to care about his customers

Both forms of contact got banned. Someone reported my telegram and someone got my discord account banned since im a competitor. I deal with hundreds of messages per day, me not replying should be your indicator to contact me on the forums instead of creating a scam report and stating i dont care about customers. 

Your proxy won't be able to be renewed for another 3 days since they are updating the backend. You can pay to renew it after that however there is no scam involved here. You got the days of your proxy and a working account, you just want to renew your proxy with me.

My bad but you didn't change your discord infos on your signature and you told me that your Telegram is termed.

I can't login to the PayPal you provided without those proxies you gave me in the first time so there is no point of paying 75$ for a paypal that I can't use, and I suppose that you should find a long term solution for your customers to be able to keep having access to the PayPal account you sold them without having the need of you everytime they want to login and access their funds since everytime I try a new proxy the PayPal get locked.
But no problems I will contact you on Telegram in the next 3 days for proxy renewal and I hope that you'll give me the proxies provider link so I can keep renewing my proxies without disturbing you, thanks.

Yes i only use Element now, so if you make an account there you will be able to contact me. The reason for the change in platform is due to it being better than both discord and telegram overall and yeah i understand your side however the product was delivered. I don't use Telegram anymore or Discord.
