Additional Information:
I purchased a 1-day data centre proxy from him. After payment was made, I received an email with a key and instructions to input it into a bot on his Discord server. However, the key kept saying "invalid activation code" message after trying multiple times.
I first contacted him on his Telegram. After explaining the situation, I opened a ticket for a replacement key via the Discord server. He then tells me I need to give him my IP address. Nowhere does it mention the requirement to provide my IP address on their website, Discord, or ad on c.io. If I had known, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Another similar Proxy service I've used in the past didn't ask for my IP address. The seller claimed it was normal practice, but I've never provided this before with similar service providers in the past. Clear writing stating "YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR IP ADDRESS" should have been stated somewhere at a minimum. It's exactly the same as requesting somebody’s home address.
Besides, the seller's instructions stated to REDEEM the key via the Discord bot, which I followed and should have received my proxies. But, the key was invalid from the beginning, anyways. After an hour of waiting due to lack of communication from the seller, I requested a refund, he flatline refused with no replacement of product lol. I then left a review on his vouch channel on Discord and he responded by resorting to name-calling, offensive language, and telling me to "fuck off." He has now deleted all the messages and my review from the vouch channel, but I managed to save a screenshot. Uncalled for considering he provides a service and should be in his best interest to keep his buyers happy to maintain his reputation. I told the clown I’m gonna open a scam report, but he seemed unfazed, just tagging all his mates on his discord carrying on like a 12 year old child and continuing with the disrespectful comments. I want a refund and hopefully this user banned. He is probably use to telling people around him what to do and getting his way but don’t try run a scam and exploit customers who follow your instructions lol. FLOP

The site says "we have a strict no refund policy! If you were unsure and never bought before you can always message me on telegram or through discord to find out how the datacenter works and most datacenter proxies you need to be authed to use, so I dont know what other providers you been using! I needed your ip to auth you so you could have access to the proxies after telling him about 1000times he just wasnt interested, we have a strict no refund policy on site so I consider this closed guy is a retard. @Darkness

Did I ever indicate that I was unsure of how to use datacenter proxies? If providing my IP address was a requirement, then it should have been clearly stated on your shop, as I have never had to provide my IP address for this type of service before with other vendors. Why should I have to contact you prior to making a purchase when it should be a straightforward service? (I make a purchase, you supply the service - easy as that).
Your product is very misleading and should clearly state that providing an IP address is necessary, as many people would be hesitant to do so due to the risks involved. Anyways, the fact is I followed YOUR OWN instructions on how to redeem my key and the key turned out to be invalid. I asked for a replacement key and none was provided but you insist on hiding behind your "no refund policy" for a key that didn’t even work for the very start lol.
See what I mean he is use to people doing what he says, guys actually living in his head as soon as things don’t go his way, he starts calling people names. You don’t decide who closes this thread little kid. Hope everyone see’s how much of a clown you are and take their business elsewhere. Maybe try be a bit more "TRANSPARENT" with your misleading products. Again, point proven, kid's a FLOP ! @Darkness

The TOS is here for a reason you agreed when you bought, Also Id like to know which datacenter you have used that dont require ip auth because everyone I know who sells datacenter on here you have to put your ip to be authed. Like I said tos is here for a reason you agreed to it when you bought not much more to say.

Wdym your TOS page is nonexistent (can provied ss). Maybe update it to reflect the IP issue lol. I'm not here to bring up other vendors as their involvement is irrelevant, and I have no intention of assigning blame. The purpose of this scam report is to address the product I purchased from you but never received. Stop trying to justify the scam, you failed to provide a valid key or a replacement key. We could’ve resolved this off this platform, but you chose to continue on like a child and never replied. It's not even about the $10, but the way you carried on when I left a review on your vouch, tagging friends and saying to me go right ahead an open a scam report lol. And then you go ahead and delete it, showing everyone what kind of shady service you're running. That's why you need to be banned, so nobody else has to put up with a kid who thinks they can run a service without taking any criticism and always believing what’s left in that small brain of his.*CLOWN*. But the main reason is you straight-up scammed me. Who knows how many times you've pulled off this shady scheme for ? I’ll be waiting for @Liars or @Darknesso weigh in and make a decision on this.

You dont get a key, the only way you can be authed is by IP, Im offering you the product but you wont give me your ip so I cant auth you thats on you not me, it clearly states "We have a strict no refund policy. After you made a purchase, we won't give refunds." you seen this and bought so you agreed to it.
